Republic Publishing produce THE official Nokia Blog and as successful as it’s been it needed a design and build refresh. That’s where Lion came in. With a new WordPress 3.0 CMS as the powerhouse and some clever custom development the new site went live earlier this month in a seamless move from old to new. With traffic in the high tens of thousands per month this site can only go from strength to strength. Check out our handy work.

Digital Jigsaw are part of the mighty Mobile Interactive Group (MIG) and they are a digital agency just like us. We’ve worked with MIG for 5 years now and have developed many of their websites over the years. We’re good friends with the team at Jigsaw and being busy bees asked us to look at designing and building a new website. This may seem strange given they are also a digital agency but they simply wanted a fresh perspective and also wanted it building pretty quickly. We’re good at that!

We developed a custom WordPress theme and pretty much all content is managed by the WordPress 3.0 CMS. The end result is clean and stylish and allows the great work that Jigsaw do to shine.

We recently designed and built a new website for 4th Screen Advertising. We’ve been working with 4th Screen for nearly 4 years now and this is the 2nd incarnation of their online presence. The site has a full CMS and integrates into the MIG Group website so that news and events feed through automatically.

Dell approached Stuff.tv to create a christmas gift guide with a viral element. Readers were encouraged to select the gadgets they’d like to see under their christmas tree and send this wishlist to friends or relatives. Dell offered some fantastic prizes as an incentive. Visit the site.

Users can select friends to send their wishlists to and create a cheeky message to go with it!

Direct Sunglasses is one of the UKs leading online sunglasses retailers. We re-designed and launched a new site for them using Magento. Their old website was hugely successful and worked nicely on the OS-Commerce platform. However, there were limitations in terms of functionality and that’s where Magento comes in. It’s a marvelous open source solution that offers bag of powerful tools. We’re big fans!

We’ve been working on a fully content managed online magazine for Car Accessory Trader. The site is built on the WordPress platform and has features, blogs, reader polls and plenty of opportunities for the team at Haymarket to sell advertising. They’re very excited at the potential the website has for keeping the readership updated. No more waiting around for the next print edition to find out the latest news.

The South East Regional Assembly has become the South East England Partnership Board. We were asked to develop an accessible, fully searchable, CMS driven website. The result has gone down extremely well and we’ve been asked to do another large piece of work for one of their partner organisations. News of that to follow shortly.

MIG (Mobile Interactive Group) are one of the UK’s fastest growing privately owned technology companies serving the global mobile and digital interactive markets. We started working with MIG in 2006, when we designed their website and also created a new brand identity for them. Since then they’ve grown from 20 staff to 120 and have gone from strength to strength. We’ve just designed and built a fully CMS driven website that reflects their position as the UK’s leading provider of integrated mobile and digital communications.

It was time for Maygray to revamp they asked us to design a new logo, a range of new stationery and a website. Maygray have been in business nearly as long as we have and we have a long standing working relationship with them. They’re one of the best printers around and share our ethos for customer service.

Stuff.tv is THE resource for those folks who are passionate about gadgets. They asked us to create this one stop shop gift guide to the latest gadgets. The brief asked us to create something sexy and fun so naturally we sprinkled a bit of Flash magic over the mircosite. They loved the result and we’re proud of it too.

We’ve been extremely busy here at Lion over the last couple of months. Based in East Molesey in Surrey, Alderson’s are one of our print suppliers and they selected Lion to develop a whole new corporate identity, stationery, sales promotional material and website.

The LionDigital team got stuck right in developing a fresh new website that compliments their new corporate identity. We believe their new website reflects their reputation as one of the finest prints groups in the South East of England.

At the heart of their new website is a showcase of the some of the work they have done, the clients they work with and the services they offer.

The What Hi-Fi? Sound and Vision Awards have been the Oscars of the home entertainment industry for 27 years. The 2008 ceremony was held at The Dorchester Hotel, London and LionDigital was proud to attend.

We developed a microsite which brought the results and exclusive Product of the Year videos – online. The microsite shows all 80 winners across 19 categories and includes the first ever Readers’ Award. The winner of the Readers’ Award was the product that got the most votes through the microsite prior to the big night.

Brasier Freeth is a firm of Chartered Surveyors based in the home counties. Earlier this year, respected Chartered Surveyors Freeth Melhuish and Brasier Harris merged. We worked closely with their marketing agency Eyes Wide Open to develop a new corporate identity, stationery and more recently a website. The website integrates seemlessly with their property database and is built using a combination of CSS, HTML and Flash. The screen shot below is from the property search results.

Fiona Macvicar is a talented Illustrator based in Wimbledon, South West London. A couple of years ago we built her a simple website which showcased her portfolio of children’s illustrations. She got in touch this week and sent us a CD with 13 brand new illustrations.
