Most of our new business leads come from recommendations. One of the senior management team at Trade Risks had worked with us before in his previous role at Citibank and recommended we get involved with a redesign of the Trade Risks website. Their new website is primarily at the corporate finance world and as such is packed full of information regarding the complex financial services that they offer.

Most of the sites we build at the moment that require a content management system are built in WordPress 3.0 and this site was no exception. Trade Risks uses a custom theme design and built by LionDigital. This allowed us to deploy the site in under 4 weeks with an extremely smooth transition from their previous website.

Republic Publishing produce THE official Nokia Blog and as successful as it’s been it needed a design and build refresh. That’s where Lion came in. With a new WordPress 3.0 CMS as the powerhouse and some clever custom development the new site went live earlier this month in a seamless move from old to new. With traffic in the high tens of thousands per month this site can only go from strength to strength. Check out our handy work.

The health department of Haymarket contacted us in order to develop a sales presentation for one of their products. The concept was developed on Illustrator and developed in Flash across 5 languages, English, Spanish, Italian, Dutch and German.

The animations were made of cartoon characters, graphs and speech bubbles, following a logical and dynamic flow with the right balance of data sharing and storytelling. The result was warmly and enthusiastically welcome which comfort us in our belief that if the tool is right the salesperson can only do a good job.

Digital Jigsaw are part of the mighty Mobile Interactive Group (MIG) and they are a digital agency just like us. We’ve worked with MIG for 5 years now and have developed many of their websites over the years. We’re good friends with the team at Jigsaw and being busy bees asked us to look at designing and building a new website. This may seem strange given they are also a digital agency but they simply wanted a fresh perspective and also wanted it building pretty quickly. We’re good at that!

We developed a custom WordPress theme and pretty much all content is managed by the WordPress 3.0 CMS. The end result is clean and stylish and allows the great work that Jigsaw do to shine.

One of the leading sunglasses retailers is just down the road from us here in Hampton Hill. Last year we launched there new website, a Magento powered E-commerce site that has proved extremely successful. To promote the site we developed an e-newsletter which carried a discount promotion, news on best sellers and some fashion commentary.

Republic Publishing asked us to design and build a landing page for the new Blackberry Pearl 3G phone. We developed a site skin for Electric Pig and a neat landing page to promote their claim to the hottest phone of Summer 2010. Ideal for taking to a music festival!

In this microsite special for Electricpig.co.uk, we created a promotional area of the site that helped educate the readership as to how to watch the 2010 World Cup from South Africa. No matter whether at home, work or on the go our microsite promoted how to follow the footie. Our promotional microsite was iPad and iPhone friendly featured one touch only navigation. Neat!

Our first project with Republic Publishing was to create an Android feature for Electricpig.co.uk and create an advertising take over for the site to promote the Android feature. The landing page gave the reader the option to choose their phone platform and once selected they were directed to a feature page that pulled in selected editorial (through some clever WordPress code integration of course). The feature pages also had a neat photo gallery. What more could a reader want?

We recently designed and built a new website for 4th Screen Advertising. We’ve been working with 4th Screen for nearly 4 years now and this is the 2nd incarnation of their online presence. The site has a full CMS and integrates into the MIG Group website so that news and events feed through automatically.

T-Mobile’s latest smart phones were the highlight of a huge campaign on Stuff.tv. Working with T-Mobile’s lead agency we develop a takeover skin and set of banner ads that really grabs the attention of the reader.

IPC Media approached us to deliver a microsite for www.goodtoknow.co.uk. The microsite promotes destinations for Direct Holidays and features an interactive postcard creator a bit like Jib Jab that allows you to upload a picture of yourself, generate a postcard and send to a friend! We developed some pretty clever technology for the budget allocated and the most importantly our client was delighted with results it delivered.

After designing and building the CMS-based website for South East England Partnership Board, and in order to spread the news, we designed an email template to enable them to distribute their own campaigns using a consistent professional looking design, in keeping with the new look of their website.

The first campaign was sent out on the 23rd September 2009 and is still distributed today.

Showlite are a well established (1992) events contractor and late last year they decided 2010 was going to be the year for a fresh marketing perspective. Our Client Strategy Director, Ross Halliday reviewed their brand proposition and Lion created a marketing plan for 2010 which included a new logo and a new website. The website has just gone live! The site includes a content managed area for event exhibitors to order items for their stand.

Dell approached Stuff.tv to create a christmas gift guide with a viral element. Readers were encouraged to select the gadgets they’d like to see under their christmas tree and send this wishlist to friends or relatives. Dell offered some fantastic prizes as an incentive. Visit the site.

Direct Sunglasses is one of the UKs leading online sunglasses retailers. We re-designed and launched a new site for them using Magento. Their old website was hugely successful and worked nicely on the OS-Commerce platform. However, there were limitations in terms of functionality and that’s where Magento comes in. It’s a marvelous open source solution that offers bag of powerful tools. We’re big fans!
